With very little prep, you can put together this flavorful meatball sub casserole and get it in the oven in minutes. Chock full or meatball sub flavor, it's sure to be a dish the whole family loves.

Ingredients

  • 24 refrigerated meatballs (such as 2 packages Carando Abruzzese brand)
  • 8 slices Texas Toast frozen garlic bread
  • 24 oz jar marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tbs grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook garlic bread according to package instructions.
  2. While the garlic bread cools, preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  4. Place garlic bread in a single layer along bottom of baking dish. Cut or tear pieces to fit, so entire bottom is covered.
  5. Top garlic bread with 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese.
  6. Place meatballs on top of mozzarella, and pour marinara sauce over meatballs.
  7. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and parmesan on top.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes until cheese is melty and meatballs are cooked to 165 degrees F.
