Easy Fall Sheet Pan Dinners

1. Maple Balsamic Chicken with Sweet Potatoes

Maple and balsamic vinegar team up to create a glaze that’s kinda sweet, a little tangy, and perfectly fall-ish. The sweet potatoes roast tender while the green beans keep things fresh and crisp. 

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed
  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 3 tbs maple syrup
  • 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optionals: red onion or broccoli

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. Combine maple syrup and balsamic vinegar in a bowl
  3. Toss chicken, sweet potatoes and green beans with salt, pepper, and half the glaze
